Job Description
Your Opportunity
Milskil is seeking a senior training operations planner / scheduler to work onsite within our Amberley aircrew training team to develop and manage project task plans, schedules and training delivery programs to meet customer requirements.
This role requires broad planning, communication and collaboration skills to be applied within the Milskil training team, with our commercial partners and also with significant interaction and support to Air Force training planning teams.
This is a highly interactive problem solving role that will benefit from prior leadership and management competence combined with solid analytical skills. Hands on experience within Defence aviation operations or training domains will be highly beneficial.

Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful, you need the following essential skills and background:
be an Australian or US Citizen;
be a current or former ADF (Air Force, Navy or Army) member, with a strong understanding of military training programs and methodologies;
have had experience planning, scheduling or coordinating military operations or military training within a front-line service domain;
have strong analytical and problem solving skills;
have the ability to craft training plans and schedules using highly bespoke data systems and activity management tools;
have excellent communications and collaboration skills that are effective across the commercial, service and company domains, and;
hold a minimum of a current Defence NV2 Security Clearance.
