Your Opportunity
Milskil is seeking a highly qualified, experienced and respected military Exercise Planner to lead specific planning facets and make significant contributions to major exercises with the RAAF as part of our Air Warfare Centre team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and executing integrated force and joint exercises with the ADF.

Desired Skills and Experience
You must:
be an Australian Citizen.
hold a current NV1 or higher Defence Security Clearance.
have experience in ADF operational / exercise planning, project management or test / tactic development frameworks;
demonstrate your previous experience in leading small-medium sized teams;
show an ability to resolve complex problems;
have experience in writing staffing documents;
show an understanding of Australia Defence Force (ADF) and Allied security structure; and
be passionate about developing Australia’s Air Warfare capability.
Being an Australian Air Operations Planning Course graduate / Joint Operations Planning Course graduate with experience in a TUHQ A3 OPS role will be a distinct advantage.
